My experience with Sasha and his company sunvibe is short as we've only had the first assessment but overall very pleasant so far. He was friendly and more than willing to help me troubleshoot some issues. Couldnt do much so far but hope that in the future they help me with my solar needs.
We had great experience with Sacha for our residential install in Hamilton, Ontario in the spring of 2025. The work done was quality, and most importantly - he is just an honest dude who has integrity.
The presentation by Sacha was very informative and knowledgable presentation. When asked about adding an E.V. charging to our home the presentation was changed to include extra solar panels and he asked about other items that we may add to the house that uses even more electrical power. Sacha had answers to questions readily available with details.
Our solar project was done properly and professionally by Sunvibe Solar. Special thanks to Sasha, the project manager. He is communicative, and a quick learner. He made sure we had a clear understanding of the project and its phases. The company uses your own money to make business. Other companies use their own funds, not this one. After getting to know him, I had no qualms with advance payments.I recommend doing an electrical inspection before you start talking with any company about going solar. The existing structure of your home will determine the total capacity of the system based on the amperage maximum capacity of the electrical structure. Any projections based on anything else are just fantasy. You will have to redo it.Also, the solar modules should produce at least 25% more than what you are aiming for. The panels do not produce 100% of what they say, but about 75%. Make sure you do not get a derated inverter. I hope this is helpful to everyone. I am happy with the overall quality of the product.
In February 2023 we decided to do our part for the environment and install 24 solar panels on the roof of our garage. We looked around and got quotes and we decided to work with Sunvibe Solar. We had very good service, Sacha was knowledgable and available to explain the process as we did not know what we were getting ourselves into. We had a few hiccups, one panel got damaged during delivery, but at the recommendation of Sacha we had taken the delivery insurance and we received a replacement panel in no time. The delays we encountered were from the permit process, our Town adopted Cloudpermit and all communications had to be via that online portal, it was not very efficient at their end but we were able to get the permit after some revisions of the engineer plans. Over all we are very happy with our project and we are now collecting credits for our electricity. I would encourage you to call Sunvibe Solar if you are thinking of installing solar panels on your home or garage.
